Born Again With A New Spirit

Text: John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. John is telling you that Jesus will fill your spirit and feed your soul.

God has given us the keys to his kingdom to make use whole. We need to understand that God has called use out of sin the darkness of the world because of what took place in the garden Eden when Adam and Eve eat from the tree good and evil, which caused of sin. John 3:5 Jesus, this Divine teacher, Jesus was instructing Nicodemus concerning the New Birth and what he has to do to be born again in order to be saved. Jesus tells him that except a man be born of water and spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. V 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the spirit is spirit. This Spiritual Birth only will work by making a confession with your mouth and believing in thy heart. Paul said in Rome 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; V9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God.

Hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. John 3:16 For God so love the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Now that many Christian has made the confession they need to be fill with the holy Ghost. This is the thirst that John is talking about in text, that everlasting life, the spirit of God that has been made available in his son death. Many new Christians have not received the holy spirit. It’s not because they don’t believe maybe it’s because they don’t understand that you have to stay out of sin. Jesus told them before he was crucified of this promise that was to come after his death resurrection. In 1 Peter 1:12 to 25 If you read and study God has made away for the New Believer to have a helper to help us stay Holy. In Acts 3:19 tell you to repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the time of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. When you make the confession, you asking in the name of Jesus to forgive you of your sin, that opens the door for the Holy Ghost to come in to you and fill you with God spirit his, presence (John 4:24 God is a spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth). Act 1:4 tell you that you have wait for the promise of God.

Jesus told them to wait and tarry for holy Spirit. The new believer should read (chapters) Act 1 and 2 to get and understanding what they need to do in order to receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Ephesians 2:2 say wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: James 4 tell the believer how we may overcome and gain God’s favor. James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. That’s why as a believer we need to stay holy. As we grow in grace, we will start understanding the word of God because the Holy Ghost will be your teacher and overcome evil spirit of the flesh but we must study the word of God. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that need not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Ephesians 5:26 that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word. We can see that we have to apply the word of God to have a relationship with the father our Lord and saver. Amen, as a new born believer you need to read the word of God because the word is part of your amour, it your sword. Ephesians 6:10 to 18, list the armor and then to praying to stay in his presence. Jesus asked his Disciples to pray with him for one hour and they fell asleep, if we don’t pray, we fall asleep just as the disciples did because this our spiritual connection with the Father, we pray in the name of Jesus and Jesus intercedes for us and takes it to the Father.

God is the administrator and Jesus is the operator: We are on watch unto God returns for his people amen. Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God: V18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
